1978 Lilly Electrical Sales and Engineering, Inc is hired by the Musco Sports Lighting, Inc. as their agent in West Virginia

1981 Lilly Electric incorporates and changes name to Lilly Electrical Sales and Enginering, Inc.

1985 Tom Lilly becomes President

1985 Lilly Electrical Sales and Engineering expands its Musco Sports lighting operation to the state of Virginia

1993 Lilly Electrical Sales and Engineering, Inc consolidates the lighting segment of its business into a new enterprise, Lighting Sales Associates, Inc

1994 Andrew Lothair "Andy" Lilly, PE joins the company

1999 Company doubles its facility at 1101 8th Avenue with a major new expansion
